Access to the Sony Pictures InFlight web site is granted upon your agreement that all materials on the web site, including the photography, graphics, video, and text, are the copyrighted property of Sony Pictures Releasing Corporation ("SPR") and/or its subsidiary, related, or affiliated companies or licensors, and all such materials are distributed solely for the promotion of SPR product to the inflight and non-theatrical markets. These materials cannot be sold or distributed to a third party, except for limited distribution, pursuant to a valid license agreement relating to the specific SPR product licensed, in the news or entertainment media, including, but not limited to, so-called "inflight magazines" of air carriers.
